Real Estate Operations is broken down into three sections, the function for each includes
1. PROPERTY LIENS SECTION is responsible for the research, filing, and management of unpaid property liens.
2. SURPLUS PROPERTY SECTION is responsible for communicating all properties that are available for sale to individuals or corporate interests those properties that are deemed surplus.
3. ACQUISITION SECTION is responsible for all land and property acquisitions and researches and acquires real property interests needed for public use.
