The Code Compliance Department is committed to improving the quality of life in the City of Terrell. Through proactive daily surveys, we look to identify potential issues before they become complaints. By adopting a team-oriented approach, we educate and support property owners in taking responsibility for their properties, which has helped reduce the number of citations and the workload for city contractors.
