Internet Payment Rules

Rules for Non-Payments over the Internet

If you are between the ages of 10 and 16, you may not pay your citation over the internet. You must appear in court with your parent or guardian on the date set for your appearance in the letter you received or will receive from the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office.

If your violation has been placed into a warrant, you may pay it at:
City of Terrell Municipal Court
201 E. Nash Street
Terrell, TX 75160
Phone: 972-551-6600

You may also pay your warrant over the Internet on this page, however, online payments will not be processed until the next business day and you are at risk of an arrest until your payment is processed.

Failure to Pay

If you can’t pay for your citation all at once, you can appear personally to set up a payment schedule at the Court’s discretion.

Failure to make a plea for each violation shown on your ticket will result in a warrant being issued for your arrest. In addition, a hold could be put on your driver’s license and a 30% fee added to the citation.
